This program is designed to help you discover how to prioritize foods that will fast track your health and training goals at a beginners level. Learn how to fuel your body so that success is created, whether that means a competitors edge is gained; body fat is lost; or a sustainable maintenance plan is created. In this month long program, the tools; resources; and support you need will be provided as you learn and experience the connection between how food affects function. The program includes live- virtual cooking instructions, three pre-planned whole food based meals, and accountability to keep you moving towards your goal, and a community of others who are also learning how to use food as a foundational tool to create health.
